A: Feedback Forager has been tested extensively for compatibility and the form technology works with virtually all HTML enabled clients. For clients that have HTML disabled, a standard text message is displayed that contains a direct link to the appropriate feedback form. For Hotmail addresses, which support HTML but do not support forms, an HTML message is sent that contains a link to the appropriate form on Amazon rather than an inline form.
