Feedback Assistant is a relatively simple program. There are tooltips for every item. Feedback can be left in three simple steps. The guide below will quickly teach you how to leave feedback.

Step 1
Type in your Amazon login (usually your email) and password in the bottom left corner of the window and press "Retrieve Data." Feedback Assistant will then access Amazon's website and retrieve all of your feedback and sold items.

Step 2
After Feedback Assistant is done, you will have lists of all your unrated buyers, your unrated buyers who have rated you, and your feedback. You may now manually rate customers by clicking on them and pressing "Leave Feedback" (tip: you can double click them instead.)

Step 3
In the new window that popped up after you click "Leave Feedback," you may choose a rating and comment, and then press "Submit." Feedback Assistant will take care of the rest.
You may also leave mass feedback by pressing the "Mass Leave Feedback" button instead. It is possible to narrow the scope of the "Mass Leave Feedback" further by selecting the people you would like to rate first and then pressing the button.
